Cardlouix provides a limited warranty covering products that arrive:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

2. Warranty Period

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for warranty service.

Please note:

  • Minor manufacturing variations common in collectible cards are not considered defects
