Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction when purchasing collectible trading cards (basketball cards, soccer cards, baseball cards, football cards).


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned using our provided return label

  • The product must be in the same condition as received (unless defective)

  • Proof of purchase is required


2. Eligible Items

We accept returns for:

  • Defective products (damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items)

  • Non-defective products (changed mind, no longer wanted)

All collectible trading cards sold by Cardlouix are eligible for return within the stated return window.


3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us and we will guide you through the exchange process using the same return procedure.


4. Return Method

  • All returns must be made by mail

  • A prepaid return label is included in your package

  • No return shipping costs will be charged to you

There are no restocking fees under any circumstances.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds are processed within a maximum of 24 hours after inspection

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
